Refund Policy

Single Session Bookings

Refund requests for single-session bookings must be submitted within 24 hours of booking and before the session has begun. To request a refund, email support@supportgroups.online with your booking confirmation.

Once a session has begun, refunds are generally not available.

Session Packages

For multi-session packages, unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rated basis if requested within 7 days of purchase and before more than one session has been attended.

Facilitator Cancellations

If a facilitator cancels a session, participants will receive a full refund automatically within 5–10 business days. Alternatively, participants may apply the credit to a future session with the same facilitator.

Facilitator Discretion

Facilitators may issue discretionary refunds beyond the standard policy. These are at the facilitator's sole discretion and are not guaranteed by the Platform.

Monthly Memberships

Monthly membership subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
